San Luis Creek Lodge Policies
San Luis Creek Lodge aims to give every Guest the highest value possible. We strive to make all of our rooms meet the highest standards-the ones our Guests have in their own homes.

-The Lodge is 100% smoke-free in the rooms and on the premises.

-We do not accept pets.

Our office is open 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. everyday.  If you will be arriving after 10 p.m., please contact us ahead of time to arrange for a late check in.

We publish our policies here to make sure you have all the information you need to choose San Luis Creek Lodge with confidence.

Cancellation policy: Guests receive a full refund for cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival (check in time of the day of arrival, which is 3 p.m. Pacific).

For cancellations less than 72 hours in advance, we will charge the full room rate plus applicable taxes for all days within this timeframe. If the cancellation includes a day or days more than 72 hours out, we will refund that portion of the payment in full.

Smoking policy:
The Lodge is a 100% non-smoking hotel.  We make this policy in response to our Guests' overwhelming preference for non-smoking rooms, and we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Pets policy:

We do not accept pets.

Specials policy:
Our Specials and Upscale On Sale rooms are available at reduced rates only on selected days. We reserve the right to make Specials available only on these days, and try to make these terms clear to Guests. Specials may have other restrictions as noted in their detail descriptions on the website, but in most cases Guests' rooms are Deluxe or Premium rooms with all the upscale amenities the San Luis Creek Lodge provides at no extra charge.

* Cancellation: Please note that 72 hours' notice is required if you wish to cancel or reduce your stay. Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival forfeit first night's room and 12% tax.

* Packages: Packages and special promotions are available during select dates and are subject to change without notice. Many packages are popular and sell out quickly so please contact us at your earliest convenience for best availability.
